At Lifest HealthCare, we believe that life should be celebrated. Our experienced staff are dedicated to providing personalised and compassionate disability support services in Brisbane for diverse needs. Our Shine Community Centre is a welcoming and inclusive place for all our NDIS participants to meet new people and engage in learning activities.

The Lifest disability support community centre operates from Monday to Friday and involves personal training for disability support, cooking and nutrition workshops, and social engagement activities for NDIS participants. With Shine Community Centre, we aim to promote learning in people with disabilities through recreational activities that also help build relationships with fellow NDIS participants.

Lifest HealthCare is an NDIS provider of disability support services in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. With our motto, “Celebrating Life and Good Health,” we aim to provide NDIS participants with the life they deserve through our person-centred care. Our NDIS-supported community centre is located in Crestmead, Queensland, and open from Monday to Friday, but our disability support services are available in Brisbane, Logan, the Sunshine Coast, Springwood, and Ipswich.

Lifest HealthCare offer holistic and professional palliative care support for individuals in their home. Our team of Nurses and other highly trained professionals, aim in promoting peace and dignity throughout the final stages of one’s life.

Dementia Care
