NDIS support services are only available for people between the ages of 7 and 65 who are an Australian citizen, a permanent Australian resident, or who hold a protected special category visa. If you’re having trouble determining whether you or your loved one are eligible for NDIS support services, contact Lifest HealthCare and a member of our team can help you.
Step 1: Register with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA).
Step 2: You will receive an Access Request Form that will need to be filled out with the help of your GP or specialist.
Step 3: If you meet the NDIS eligibility requirements, you will be contacted by NDIA for an initial planning meeting.
Step 4: You will receive your approved NDIS plan and you can contact Lifest HealthCare to discuss the support you require.
You can call Lifest HealthCare and have one of our team help you apply for NDIS funding if you’re having trouble navigating the process.
